3. Gather Information
We collect the vital information needed for the death certificate and the obituary.
4. Choose the Service
Church, chapel or graveside. Burial or cremation. Music, scripture, speakers and pallbearers.
5. Selections
Casket or urn, vault, register book, memorial folders, flowers and transportation.
6. We Handle the Rest
Permits, filings, clergy and cemetery coordination, obituary publishing, veterans honors and insurance paperwork.
What to Bring
- Social Security number and date of birth
- Parents' full names, including mother's maiden name
- Veteran discharge papers (DD-214) if applicable
- Cemetery deed or property information
- Life insurance policies
- A recent photograph and clothing for your loved one
